Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from San Diego, California, via USPS or FedEx, and are dispatched within 1–3 business days (subject to availability). Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Because orders ship from the US, international Customers may be liable for import duties and local VAT (see Payment, Customs Duties & Export VAT).

At this time, Anyone Worldwide ships to all countries except Azerbaijan; Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba; Colombia; and Kazakhstan (the "Territory"). Delivery times vary by country. During new Product releases, dispatch may be delayed (without liability).

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only. While we endeavour to meet them, we do not undertake to dispatch Products on any particular date and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to do so. Delivery shall be to a valid address within the Territory and is subject to our Acceptance (the "Delivery Address"). You must check the Delivery Address on any acknowledgement or acceptance we provide and notify us without delay of any errors or omissions. We reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs arising from changes you make to the Delivery Address after submitting an order.

The risk of loss of or damage to the Products passes to you on delivery, or when the Products are placed in your possession or that of any carrier or transport arranged by you, whichever occurs first (the "Delivery").
