Aladdin 1001®/Anyone®

The Aladdin 1001 was first printed in 1885 by The National Card Company of Cincinnati, Ohio, later absorbed into The United States Playing Card Company. Its feathered back and smooth, unembossed finish set it apart from the Bicycle and Bee decks that came to dominate the American market, and it lived on largely through Southeast Asia, where it remains a standard deck in Singapore. Production at the Cincinnati plant ended in 2009.

Anyone has worked with The United States Playing Card Company on an edition of the Aladdin 1001. The ink is specified for handling, giving a smoother surface and a distinct feel in the hand, and the cards are printed on Thin Crushed stock pressed at higher intensity for a slimmer profile.
